Our story
knext (pronounced as ‘next’) is a social impact enterprise created to prepare CALD (culturally and linguistically diverse) people, including people of colour, for the world of work.
knext helps students, young people and adults make informed career decisions by co-designing with them an adaptable career roadmap that (hopefully) will lead to sustainable and meaningful careers.
knext Founder & Director
Tinai Colawai brings 15+ years of leadership, strategic and specialist experience in Talent and Culture (otherwise known as Human Resources) across the Pacific, Asia and Australia.
She combines data, career trends, insights and design thinking to bring career design, exploration and planning to CALD people and people of colour.
Based in Melbourne, she helps people find the confidence and life design resources to take action and launch (or re-launch) meaningful careers.

Our social impact
knext is on a mission to reduce inequities faced by CALD people, including people of colour, through job creation, innovation and entrepreneurship. We donate 20% of profits to impact partners who share our mission.
