I know families are busy working long hours and homework and focused learning may fall off the priority list. That is why Real Stuff Matters tutoring is the service to help outsource the additional support required.  

I have worked with a range of culturally and linguistically diverse families over the years and  have experienced so many commonalities when it comes to helping children outside of school time. Parents are already swamped with extra curricular activities plus knowing the costs involved in tutoring prices can make the decision to invest even more hard. That is why I have created this service for you.

This service will give you the assurance that your child will be developed in English and be taught by a passionate  and qualified tutor who  believes in and advocates education.

I have a Bachelors and Masters degree from Deakin University therefore I can safely say, I have done the hard work and believe in the benefits that higher education offers. I mentor my students and bring greater understanding in the benefits of completing school which will ultimately open up multiple pathways for the future.

Whether they want to pursue university or not, I believe in finishing things regardless of how hard or difficult it may be, and believe that it will be worth it in the end.

I always get the question…why don’t you become a teacher in a school?…That’s because being an English tutor outside the classroom gives me so much  more freedom and creativity in teaching what I believe to be important and necessary.

I love forming strong relationships with the children that are in my online classes whilst keeping parents informed along the journey. It makes my role as a teacher so much more meaningful. I could go on and on about why I love English Tutoring and share more stories with you, but I will save that for another time.
