LashFix Beauty Bar

We are sisters in business, we use our unique brand of Pacific hospitality to deliver premium services that enhance our customer’s inner beauty as they get their eyelash and beauty needs met.

Our names are Venna Tohilima and Ama Hemana and we are the proud owners of LashFix – Eyelash and Beauty Bar. We are Kiwi-Samoan sisters (7 year gap).

We began our Melbourne business venture in 2014 and its rapid popularity has left us no choice but to open our first shop front in Port Melbourne. Our vision is to be role models for other women, particularly for our Pacific young girls and mothers. We want them to know they can be successful Pacific business women.

Venna Tohilima started training as an eyelash technician in Auckland New Zealand and in 2014, she started LashFix at her St Albans home as a sole technician. By 2015 business had started picking up more new clients and she employed another technician and a hairdresser. in just three years, the demand for the LashFix service has meant a move to a bigger premise.

Ama Hemana co-founder and younger sibling, recently moved to Melbourne to help run the new shop and is LashFix’s resident social media and marketing specialist. Family is very important to the us and we give full credit of the rapid growth in business to our family support and to the LashFix signature brand of unique Pacific hospitality – creating a customer centric environment for all women to feel empowered, pampered and at home.
