Charis Mentoring Inc. is a Pasifika for-impact organisation who design, develop and deliver culturally specific mentoring programs aimed at reducing Pasifika youth disengagement. All our programs our strength- based, innovative programs empower, impact and equip young people to KNOW, GROW & SOW.

Our unique Pasifika identity is the foundation of Charis Mentoring. We hold close our Pasifika values of RESPECT, LOVE, FAMILY, FAITH, and SERVICE.

We acknowledge the Traditional Owners of country throughout Australia and recognise their continuing connection to land, waters and culture. We pay our respects to their Elders past, present and emerging.

Services & Programs:

ONE ON ONES

• Is our specialist cultural support one on one Mentoring. Designed to be culturally responsive towards Pasifika youth. Customise towards the needs of the young person in length of support and cultural agility to adapt to those who are non pasifika.

T A U T A I  L E A D

• Secondary Schools mentoring programs. 1 year leadership mentoring program that targets disengaged young people to support transition, engagement and retention of young people in schools, also leadership development. It is available from year levels 6-12.
